After having achieved important objectives, we have been able to make something great. A 180 mm diameter head cutting shafts, external cutting blades with a diameter of 300 mm. This CLB series by IRON is maybe our best achievement: unlimited configuration, hydraulic screw blade-locking device, versatile tensioner, pneumatic bearing coated with felt and rubber rollers or felt disk to work any type of material. Meter after meter you will learn to know the characteristics that make this line unique and very robust. It is dimensioned to work for three work shifts; the CLB series by IRON is the new example of Slitter lines for service centers that want a flexible and trustworthy machine. The dimensioning of the powerful AC motors make it possible to reach speeds event up to 120 m/min. There's even a special performance, thanks to the AC motors controlled by the latest SIEMENS technology. And, thanks to the experience of our personnel, the line is able to get the maximum from each and every electric energy kW; consumptions are even lower, thanks to the Brake Energy Regeneration system.
